Like any great modern love story, Samantha and Nick met online.

Samantha was looking for a nice guy for quite awhile, and when Nick came along, she knew she couldn’t let him go.

Since then, they have adopted a sweet whoodle named Macie, and are currently planning their fall wedding at the The Ryland Inn, located in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey.

I love how vibrant these two are, so full of life and love for each other. And Macie’s spirited and playful energy adds even more zest to their lives. And they were up for an adventure by meeting me in Delaware at the Cape Henlopen State Park for their engagement session. There was so much glowy light and not another soul on the beach. Macie ran wild, Samantha and Nick kept warm in each other’s arms, and I took my shoes off to photograph in my bare feet. It was pure bliss.

I’m so excited to share these images from our delightful evening in Lewes, Delaware. I can’t wait to make the trip to New Jersey to capture Samantha and Nick’s love again on their wedding day.
