Last November I hopped a flight to Nashville to attend The Process Workshop, to expand my skills, meet new photographer friends, and to learn from some of my favorite wedding photographers.

We also had the privilege of photographing a few styled shoots at the beautiful Nashville venue, Cedarwood Weddings. The Cedarwood Weddings team designed and styled a fun boho bridesmaids bash, along with an outdoor living room and vintage airstream.

It was filled with rustic decor, bohemian gowns, and autumn colors like burnt red, buttercup, and blackberry. I loved the drink station that served blackberry champagne with brie.

The bride wore a Rue De Seine gown with a flower crown filled with greenery, roses, ranunculus, scabiosa, pin cushion proteas, and a sunflower centers. The bridesmaids wore the same flower crowns as well as dusty purple gowns from Bella Bridesmaid. They all carried bouquets with mismatched hand dyed silk ribbon from Honey Silk & Co.

The colorful wedding invitation suite by Designs in Paper was inspired by the earthy and unconventional flowers, and included a watercolor design and rose gold foil.

This shoot is the perfect inspiration for outdoor autumn brides….
